Wedding Celebration Etiquette

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you! To ensure everything goes smoothly, here are a few gentle reminders:


Invited Guests Only: Only those listed on the invitation may attend. No plus ones, please.

Adults-Only: We kindly request that children stay at home so everyone can fully enjoy the evening.

Let’s Keep the Spotlight on the Couple: Please avoid any proposals or personal announcements during our wedding.

Respect the Entourage: Our entourage has a special role. Please avoid walking beside or behind them.

Dress to Impress: Please follow the theme and dress code. Wearing white is strictly prohibited.

Celebrate the Whole Evening: We’d love for you to stay and enjoy the entire celebration with us. Please don’t rush off after dinner.

Be on Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so we can all start on time.

Unplugged Ceremony: Kindly put away phones and cameras during ceremony; our professional photographer and videographer will capture all the moments for us.

Positive Vibes Only: Let’s keep the atmosphere joyful! We kindly ask that personal conflicts and embarrassing stories be set aside for another time.

  • RSVP

    We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with you! To ensure a cozy and delightful experience, we have reserved seating especially for each of our guests. As such, we kindly ask that each invitation is intended for one person only — NO PLUS ONE.


    Please RSVP on or before October 1, 2024, to let us know if you’ll be attending.

  • May I invite a “PLUS ONE” to the event?

    As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we have a limited number of seats.


    Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check your invitation to see the number of seats allotted to you. Unfortunately, guests not listed on the guest list provided to our coordinator will not be able to enter.

  • Do we really need to RSVP? We already said "YES" to the couple.

    Yes, please. We still need your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating purposes.

  • What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

    We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that circumstances can change. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend so we can reallocate your seat(s).

  • I said "NO" to the RSVP, but I have had a change of plans and can attend now. What should I do?

    • Please contact us directly. Regrettably, our guest list is finalized.
    • If your availability changes, kindly inform us as soon as possible so we can make every effort to accommodate you.
    • Should any seats become available, we will notify you promptly.
    • We kindly ask that you do not attend without prior confirmation, as we may not have the capacity to accommodate you.

  • What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

    We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s.

  • Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

    This is a strict ADULT-ONLY event. As much as we’d love to celebrate with your children, only those in the entourage and those specifically invited are welcome at our wedding.


    We hope you understand and still enjoy the celebration.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    No, please refrain from choosing your own seat. We have carefully planned the seating arrangement to ensure everyone’s convenience and preferences. Rest assured, you will be seated with friends or others with similar interests.


    Our coordinators will be happy to assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for help, and they will be more than willing to assist.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    We respectfully ask that the ceremony remains camera-free. While our “I Do’s” are unplugged, the reception will offer ample opportunities for capturing beautiful moments. As a couple who cherishes photography, we have thoughtfully planned many moments for you to enjoy and photograph.

  • How can I help the couple have a wonderful time during their wedding?

    • Pray with us for favorable weather and the continued blessings of our Lord as we embark on this new chapter as husband and wife.
    • RSVP as soon as your schedule permits.
    • Dress appropriately and adhere to our wedding motif.
    • Arrive on time.
    • Follow the seating arrangement at the reception.
    • Stay until the end of the program.
    • Participate in the activities and enjoy!

  • Is there parking available for my car?

    Yes, ample parking is provided at the venue. Please note that it is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage arriving early to ensure a spot.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

    This event has been months in the making, and we wish to celebrate it with those who are very dear to us. We want you to enjoy every moment! Please join us in celebrating until the end of the program.
