Your Questions Answered

  • How do I RSVP?

We’re excited to celebrate our wedding with our closest family and friends! We will be needing your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating arrangements.

Please submit your RSVP in this page on or before September 28, 2026. We kindly ask that this deadline be strictly observed.

Responses received after this date may only be accommodated subject to availability. Once our seating arrangements have been finalized, late respondents may not be seated with their assigned group or table.

  • How many companions may I bring?

A specific number of seats has been reserved for you, as indicated in our invitation message to the principal invitee. Due to venue capacity limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests included within your allotted reservation.

For families and groups, we typically specify in our message who is included in the seat allocation. If you are unsure whether you are the principal invitee or if another family member or companion is included in the invitation, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.

  • Do my accompanying guests need to RSVP separately?

No. If you are the principal invitee (the person who received the invitation message from us), we kindly ask that you first confirm which of your companions will be attending before completing the RSVP form.

Please indicate the names of your confirmed guests in the message section of your RSVP submission. Separate RSVPs from accompanying guests are not necessary.

  • Can I reallocate the seats reserved for me?

In most cases, we specify who is included in the seat allocation for each invitation. If specific names are not indicated, we trust the principal invitee to determine who will occupy the reserved seats.

When making this decision, we kindly ask that you consider inviting those who know and share a meaningful relationship with the bride and groom. As seating is limited, we hope to celebrate this special day with the family and friends who have been part of our journey.

If any of your reserved seats will not be utilized, we would greatly appreciate being informed as soon as possible. Kindly indicate this in the message section of your RSVP form so we can update our guest list accordingly.

This will allow us to reallocate those seats to other guests and ensure that all available spaces are utilized.

  • Can I add additional guests beyond the seats reserved for me?

To ensure we can comfortably accommodate all invited guests, we respectfully ask that attendance be limited to the number of seats reserved under your invitation.

  • What if I RSVP’d but cannot attend?

We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that circumstances may arise. Kindly let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your reserved seat/s.

Your early notice will help us finalize our arrangements and ensure that all guests are properly accommodated.

  • I said “No” to the RSVP, but my plans changed so I can attend now. What should I do?

We'd love to celebrate with you! If your plans change and you're able to attend after all, please send us a message first.

Kindly note that our RSVP deadline is September 28, 2026. After this date, our seating arrangements and catering headcount will have been finalized, so any changes will be subject to availability.

We'll certainly do our best to accommodate you if space permits. However, we kindly ask that you wait for our confirmation before attending, as we may unfortunately be unable to accommodate additional guests on the day of the wedding.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us ensure that every guest is comfortably seated and well taken care of.

  • Can I bring my children to the wedding?

While we adore your children, we have decided that our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The exception is for children participating in our wedding entourage during the ceremony.

We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a special night out with us as we celebrate our big day.

  • What do I need to know regarding the ceremony?

Our wedding will be a traditional Filipino Catholic celebration, a sacred and joyful occasion rooted in faith, love, and family.

We encourage all guests to arrive by 1:30 PM at the church to allow ample time for seating before the ceremony begins at 2:00 PM.

For members of the entourage, please arrive earlier than 1:30 PM and approach our coordinators to allow sufficient time for preparation, and final instructions before the ceremony.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

We kindly request that our wedding ceremony be unplugged and camera-free.

We would love for everyone to be fully present as we exchange our vows and help us keep the ceremony solemn and distraction-free. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture every special moment, so there is no need to worry about missing a thing.

To avoid blocking the view of other guests and disrupting our official photo and video coverage, we kindly ask that you refrain from using phones, cameras, or tablets during the ceremony.

Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like during the reception!

Don’t forget to share your favorite moments using our official hashtag:  #ForeverASOne

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

Yes, parking is available in both the church and venue.

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage guests to arrive early. Parking capacity is approximately 40–50 vehicles.

Coming with friends or family? We highly encourage carpooling! This helps maximize parking spaces and gives you more time to catch up before the celebration begins.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

We’ve spent a year planning this celebration and would love nothing more than to share every moment of it with the people dearest to us.

We kindly encourage everyone to stay, eat, laugh, dance, and celebrate with us until the end of the program at 9:30 PM.

As the entire parking area will be utilized throughout the event, we kindly ask guests to avoid moving vehicles in and out during the program, as this may cause inconvenience to other guests.

Your presence means so much to us, and we would love to make as many memories with you as possible.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

We kindly ask that you sit at your assigned table. We’ve carefully planned the seating arrangement to ensure everyone’s comfort and enjoyment.

Don’t worry, you’ll be seated with your family, friends, or guests with similar connections and interests. Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration.

Thank you for helping us keep everything organized!
