WELCOME FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

It is an honor and a privilege to have the most important and significant  people present in our Wedding.  It means the world to us that you have taken time out of your busy schedules to join us this weekend.

Rest assure that we have prepared an interactive and fun program that everyone would enjoy. We are looking forward to see everyone on  Saturday, Oct 19 2024 for our celebration of Joy, Life and Eternal Love in the eyes of God.

Our Love Story

Our journey together was definitely not easy. We would be lying if we said that there were no speed bumps along the way. Everything we do in life is according to His will. God was the Architect of our love, the Compass of our journey and the Foundation in which we now stand on.

Before there was Alex and Armie, there was despair, doubt and loneliness. Despair, because we were both stuck in situations we cannot get out of. Doubt because happiness seemed unreachable, and loneliness because we were both longing for true love.

We started out as mere colleagues, that turned into aquaintances. We saw each other from time to time in passing, exchanging smiles and pleasantries along the way. I always maintained a safe distance admiring her from afar. Her beauty was remarkable and her presence simply captivated me.

As a child growing up watching MTV and MYX, I always had a celebrity crush in Iya Villana. For some reason, I was only noticing it now that Armie had an uncanny resemblance to her.

Our paths eventually crossed flying domestic. She just got out of her 7 year relationship and I was out of my 8 year relationship. We hit it off with pleasant conversations and interests, then I immediately sent her a message the day after our flight. They say the best way to a woman's heart is through her stomach. So I impressed her with various array of home cooked and specialty dishes. On the second day, I mustered all the courage I had and professed my intend and love for her.

She was definitely shocked and surprised with my bold statement. At that point in time, I already knew that she was the one I would spend the rest of my life with. We continued going out for a while, getting to know each other and finding out we had more things in common than we thought. We were both home buddies, introverted in some ways, humor was on point, but most importantly our values were aligned.

We survived the crazy ups and downs of our relationship.

After 2 months of being together, we opened up a joint account. 5 months into the relationship I proposed in our ancestral house in Batangas, and on July 20, 2023, we had our civil wedding in Pasay.

From rough beginings, people trying to break us up to even drama scenes only seen in movies. Our love conquered all and endured, despite the obstacles and challenges our love transcended expectation.

    • Kindly inform us if your schedule clears up, so we can try to accommodate you.

    • If seats become available, we will let you know as soon as possible.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

This event took us months to plan, and we want to celebrate it with the people that are very dear to our hearts. We want you to have fun! Celebrate with us until the end of the program!

  • How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?

    • Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.

Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.

Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.

Please use our official hashtag:  #AlexanderTheGreatGotAnArmie

  • Do we really need to RSVP? We already said "YES" to the couple.
