Our Love Story
Some love stories begin with certainty, while others are beautifully revealed through time.
Ours is a story of faith, patience, and God's perfect plan.
Alfred and Jomeryn first met as Grade 6 classmates. Back then, they were simply part of the same classroom—two young souls who barely spoke and hardly noticed one another. Their paths crossed, but only like a fleeting breeze, passing quietly without much meaning —unaware that God was already writing the first chapter of their story.
Years later, in their third year of high school, their paths crossed once again. This time, something changed. Alfred saw in Jomeryn a woman worth pursuing, and from that moment, he never stopped choosing her. Even after college, their story did not immediately become a romance. Life led them into their own careers and personal journeys but Alfred remained steadfast—consistent in his efforts, sincere in his intentions, and unwavering in his love. He prayed for her through tears, sought God’s guidance, and honored her with patience. His devotion was not rushed or demanding; instead, it reflected a love grounded in faith and respect. In time, he formally asked Jomeryn’s family for permission to court her, showing that his intentions were not temporary feelings, but a lifelong commitment. For ten years, Alfred prayed faithfully and waited patiently for God’s will to unfold.
Their love story was never hurried. It was carefully orchestrated by God, shaped by seasons of waiting, growth, and trust. What once seemed like an ordinary friendship slowly became a testimony of faithful love—one that proves that the best things in life arrive at the right time, according to God’s perfect plan.
Today, Alfred and Jomeryn stand together, grateful for every delay, every prayer, and every step that led them here. Their journey is a reminder that true love is not only found, but patiently built through faith, perseverance, and God’s perfect timing.
