As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, our wedding is an intimate gathering, and we are only able to accommodate those who are named on the invitation. Our Love Story

Every love story has a beginning, and theirs began in a Basic Accounting class during college.

The first time he noticed her, she was seated right in the center of the front row—the seat closest to the professor. He, on the other hand, had chosen a seat in the back corner, quietly hoping to stay off the professor's radar. One looked ready to answer every question, while the other hoped there wouldn't be any questions at all. Looking back, it's amazing how two students sitting at opposite ends of the classroom would one day find themselves sitting side by side in life.

Both of them came from Bicol, sharing the same dream of becoming accountants. As classmates, they gradually became friends. Their conversations were simple and effortless. Although they had different interests, they enjoyed talking, sharing stories, and making each other laugh. Before long, their friendship became one of the most cherished parts of their college years.

As the days turned into months, he realized his feelings had grown beyond friendship. She had become the person who made ordinary days brighter and difficult days easier. Keeping those feelings to himself was no longer possible.

On August 9, 2017, with a hopeful heart and a touch of nervousness, he found the courage to tell her how he truly felt. He asked her to be his girlfriend. It wasn't a grand or extravagant gesture, but it was sincere—filled with genuine love and a promise to always stand by her side. To his great joy, she said "Yes," and that simple moment marked the beginning of a beautiful journey together.

The years that followed were filled with countless memories. Together, they celebrated achievements, found comfort in one another during disappointments, and faced every challenge hand in hand. Like every couple, they experienced moments that tested their relationship, but each obstacle only strengthened the love, trust, and friendship they had built. Through every season of life, they continued to choose each other, trusting in God's guidance and grace.

As their relationship grew, so did the love and support of their families. Both families witnessed their journey from college friends to future spouses, celebrating every milestone and encouraging them through every challenge. Their families became an important part of their story, reminding them that love grows even stronger when it is surrounded by the people who care for you most.

When he knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her, he wanted the proposal to honor not only their love but also the families who had supported them from the very beginning. Before asking her to marry him, he respectfully sought her family's blessing, expressing his sincere love for their daughter and his desire to spend the rest of his life with her.

With the love, excitement, and support of both families, every detail of the proposal was thoughtfully prepared. Then, on August 17, 2025, surrounded by the people they loved most, he got down on one knee and asked the question that had been waiting in his heart for years.

She said, "Yes."

It was an evening filled with love, joyful tears, heartfelt prayers, warm embraces, and grateful hearts. It was more than a proposal—it was the beginning of a new chapter, witnessed by the families who had prayed for them, supported them, and celebrated every step of their journey.

Looking back, they are grateful that what began as a simple friendship in college blossomed into a love that has stood the test of time. Looking ahead, they eagerly await the life God has prepared for them—a life filled with faith, laughter, unwavering love, and countless new memories.

And now, with thankful hearts, they joyfully invite you to witness the next chapter of their greatest adventure as they become husband and wife.
