Our Story

Our journey together was definitely not easy. We would be lying if we said that there were no speed bumps along the way.

From the moment we met in the bustling hallways of Mariano Marcos High School, it was clear that something special was in the air, where a simple glance and a shared smile ignited a love that has only grown stronger with time. Our worlds collided in the most unexpected way. She was the lively, talkative girl who could light up a room with her energy, while he was the quiet, introspective boy who preferred to observe from the sidelines. Despite our differences, fate had its own plan for us. From the excitement of our first date to the joy of late-night conversations, we’ve been building a foundation of trust, laughter, and unending support.

Our first official date was a charmingly modest yet unforgettable McDonald's. In a world of elaborate date plans, we chose simplicity. Over burgers and fries, we discovered more about each other than we ever could have imagined. Amid the clatter of trays and the aroma of fries, we shared laughter, stories, and dreams that began to weave our lives together.

What started as a casual meal turned into an evening full of genuine conversation and undeniable chemistry. Our connection was so much more than the food or the setting—it was the beginning of a lifelong partnership.

One of our most cherished memories from those early days is the unforgettable “marriage booth” at the school’s fair. In a whimsical twist, students had set up a booth where you could make playful “marriage” promises, complete with silly vows and fun photos. Little did we know, this lighthearted event would become a cherished milestone in our relationship.

Our most favorite moment was the night of the junior-senior prom—a magical evening filled with laughter, lights, and the promise of new beginnings. As the evening unfolded, the dance floor became a tapestry of swirling gowns and tuxedos. Amid the music and twinkling lights, we found ourselves drawn together for what would become one of our most cherished memories. Our last dance of the night was more than just a moment on the dance floor; it was a promise of something special.

With the soft melodies of ''Huling Sayaw'' playing in the background and the world around us fading away, we shared that unforgettable dance. It was in that quiet, intimate moment that we realized our connection was something truly extraordinary. The world seemed to stand still as we held each other close, dreaming of a future we would one day share.

But as life often does, it took us on separate paths. We were separated for a few years, during which we explored new cities, faced new challenges, and grew as individuals. Despite the distance and time apart, our memories and feelings for each other never faded.

Life has a beautiful way of bringing us back together when the time is right. And so, after years of living separate lives, we found ourselves reconnecting in a way that felt both new and familiar. The spark that once lit up our high school days was now burning brighter than ever, rekindling a love that had always been there, waiting patiently.

We are grateful for the time that apart allowed us to grow and realize just how much we mean to each other. Now, as we stand on the brink of forever, we are more certain than ever that our hearts were meant to find their way back to each other.

After years of growing together, through every adventure and challenge, we are excited to take this next step in our journey. Our love story has been a testament to the magic that happens when two seemingly different people come together to create something truly special.

Join us as we celebrate our unique love story from high school sweethearts to partners in life, our love has grown stronger with each passing day. We are thrilled to now step into the future as husband and wife, carrying with us the magic of that last dance and the promise of many more moments to come and embark on this new chapter as husband and wife.
